Thanks to Dexter Rothchild of over the line productions I have a new header. The caricature was done at the Magnolia Seafair street fair. I wanted something a little more timeless, instead of making me feel old. I think I will put some pictures in a slide show later on the side bar.

Bollywood has become a huge hit in our house… here are our favs so far: (we really like Shahid Kapur, can you tell?) I have been going to and listening to or watching Baseball games as long as I can remember. It was the first sport I understood completely and was able to apply strategy to. I finished the Nursery! The curtains are hung, and embellished with the owls I cut at Bethany’s, and sewed together to hang. The quilt came from Etsy seller and is beautifully hand made. Bethany made the cutest triple canvas set with owls, and Tim has installed a shelf, where the home made owl stuffie sits [...] Things have been a busy happening over here. Sorry for the quiet. The last time I spoke with my brother-in-law, he commented “new house, new car seems like you’ve got an all new life…”, thus the title for this post. Since I do have a new life growing inside me that can now exit any [...] The fashion wasn’t much to speak of. Mostly boring. These were the two I hated the most. The fashion of these two starlettes were my favorites. Cameron Diaz, and Sandra Bullock were gorgeous in Old Hollywood style. For those who don’t know, I am a very sports friendly girl. I am not so much into playing them as cheering them on. I love love baseball, I love Summer and Winter Olympic games. I enjoy a good football game, even if my home team isn’t involved. I am a fair weather basketball person, [...] Ted Kennedy, the last surviving Kennedy brother has passed. I find myself saddened by the loss of this national treasure. I grew up loving studying history, and captivated by the Kennedys. This love gave me a respect for Ted and the burden he bore, as well as all he accomplished and the kind [...] We saw the blue angels yesterday, from the I-90 Bridge on Mercer Island. It was a blast, and one of my favorite traditions. I got some fabulous shots, of the Angels, both the blue, and mine. |
