As of today I have lost 6 inches on my waist (thats another inch this week)
I have lost 5 inches on my hips (thats another inch this week)
I have lost 3 inches on my thighs.
I have lost 2 inches on my chest.
I am pretty happy with this progress. The Scale isn’t telling me anything new, but I have decided I don’t care as long as inches move. I got in 2 hours of exercise this week, which was my goal, 20 mins a day for 6 days.
Just gonna try to keep up the pace, and lose another inch for next week. Lots of water, and exercise seems to be the key for me.
