Maintaining

So this week, I have merely maintained my measurements and weight, and haven’t lost anymore. During the coming week I am going on another low sugar, low carb sprint, and an increase in exercise. This past week I only put in about 90 minutes of exercise. I am committing to 20 minutes a day minimum.  I think the heat will have let up enough to make that feasible. Here’s to a big number this week, I am hopeful I can enter the final 4 weeks with 7-10 pounds left to go.

On another note, I am frustrated because While I have lost lots of weight, and have dropped a size, I can’t fit into non-stretch products because the measurements of the way pants and shorts are made, at certain stores, My waist falls because my hips are too wide. Pretty much Lane Bryant or Target are my only options for a good fit. And LB is getting pricey. I often settle for Yoga Wear from Old navy cause it looks cute, and fits. I splurged and bought some new capris that aren’t falling off. They also hold up well to my incidental exercise.

I am starting to look at dresses For my Fabulously 30 party. Check out these hot numbers!

Well I am off to do errands, more on those tomorrow. At least I am looking Cuter!

    You will lose inches before weight. Don’t let it get you down. Keep at it and before you know it it will come off! :)
