Aiden got his hands on the camera, and had it for 15 minutes. He managed to make 47 videos. We have spliced them for your viewing pleasure. I am just so grateful it wasn’t the bathroom! Today, I found him taking pictures of his baby sister. How cute is that? Wow, the last week or so has been a whirl wind, and no sign of it stopping any time soon. Tim has been out of work for the last few days, so we have been taking advantage and getting him some Daddy time with each kid individually before School starts. We had saved up a [...] Ted Kennedy, the last surviving Kennedy brother has passed. I find myself saddened by the loss of this national treasure. I grew up loving studying history, and captivated by the Kennedys. This love gave me a respect for Ted and the burden he bore, as well as all he accomplished and the kind [...] So I reached my size goal (size 16). So I am maintaining till after my Birthday. Why do you ask? Well My warm weather clothes are all in sizes 18 or 12/14. No 14/16s. So Either buy new clothes or hold steady for 30 days. Considering its birthday party Time, and crazy, I decided to [...] Knitting with needles afire right now. Serious progress being made. And the Line Up is daunting. The Halloween Goodie Bags. (first pictured is the samples from Anny Purls that the pattern is based on, and then my shells) I am making 6 in total, they will be adorable and gorgeous. I have [...] As of today I have lost 6 inches on my waist (thats another inch this week) This week has been an eventful week in our house. I fixed a long standing (3 months) Tivo issue, took the Wii in for repair (and ended up buying a very belated birthday gift for Tim, Wii Resort!), and I got my laptop screen fixed. So this week, I have merely maintained my measurements and weight, and haven’t lost anymore. During the coming week I am going on another low sugar, low carb sprint, and an increase in exercise. This past week I only put in about 90 minutes of exercise. I am committing to 20 minutes a day minimum. [...] We saw the blue angels yesterday, from the I-90 Bridge on Mercer Island. It was a blast, and one of my favorite traditions. I got some fabulous shots, of the Angels, both the blue, and mine. |
