Weigh in Day. I am at 247. Another pound bites the dust. I really am getting annoyed at the slow pace. I think I am gonna up my exercise next week. To see if I can break thru to 245 or less. I am happy to be down a size in jeans, and the muffin top is shrinking. My measurements are down as well.
That makes my total 5 inches down on the waist, 3 on the hips, 1 on the chest, 2 on the thigh. YAY!. Hips butt thighs and stomach All need to go down about 3 more inches I think to get into my 16 goal jeans!
