I was so swamped last week, I didn’t check in. I did weigh in tho. I came in at 251. That’s a loss of 10 lbs as of last week, no more inches lost tho. Today on my weigh in I gained a half a pound. Sick, and the holiday set me up for a bit of a gain I am belting down for a stiffer week this week. I am fixing my eliptical, and working out more cardio and strength training this week, as well as cutting out all processed sugars. The sugar thing is not going to last, but I figure a week or two will be a good thing to reset my sugar cravings. I am so far on target. I have my next goal of 20 pounds lost for August 7th. I think stepping up the exercise and cutting out more of the unhealthy stuff will help me create a better balance. I am annoyed with my scale. I got it at Target for 13 dollars, it’s electronic and seems inaccurate. Unless I can gain and lose weight by stepping on and off the scale. Add to that the fact I am not seeing as much a difference in my figure as I would like. My motivation is down a bit, but I am going to stick with the plan.

I wanted to add that this week when I measured I lost another inch in the hips and thigh measurements!












Stick with it…I know you are feeling unmotivational due to the time it takes to see results but it WILL happen if you continue the work outs. Don’t give up….before you know it you will start losing pounds and inches together. You are losing inches and remember with the exercising comes muscle which weighs more so its going to take some time.
