Check in – week 3

Ugh. So I lost no weight this week, which at first I found discouraging. Until I measured. I lost another half inch in the waist and thighs. Which is more important to me than weight, considering I am doing a lot more exercise and probably building muscle, which is adding to my weight. In the long run, it burns more calories and is a good thing. As long as I keep losing inches I am happy. Total so far I have lost 4.5 inches on my waist, 2 inches on my hips, an inch and a half in the thighs and an inch in the bust. I am just trying to keep up the pace, so that I can reach my goal. I really am having issue finding time to strength train, which I know burns the most calories, and fat, and builds the muscle that will help me be in better shape. Something else to work on I guess. Black sheep was great, but I think my allergies kicked my butt or some minor cold or something cause Sunday and Monday was not fun as far as physically, and I need to get back on the horse with exercise after my little bout with the ickies. Thats it for now!
