Weekly Weigh in

This week I did pretty good. I met my calorie target, and got in 220 minutes of exercise. I completely switched pepsi for diet, and limited consumption for sodium lowering. I think I have already lost inches. I lost 2.8 lbs this week. I always want to see bigger numbers, but I know healthy weight loss, that is sustainable is more important. At this rate, I will reach my pink (for my birthday goal). Over-all I have lost 6.6 lbs, in 2 weeks. Originally I wasn’t going to measure except monthly, but the weigh in program wants it, so here is both charts.
