Ugh. So I lost no weight this week, which at first I found discouraging. Until I measured. I lost another half inch in the waist and thighs. Which is more important to me than weight, considering I am doing a lot more exercise and probably building muscle, which is adding to my weight. In the [...] 1. Put Your iTunes/Ipod/MP3 Player on shuffle 2. For each question, press the next button to get your answer. 3. You must write down the name of the song no matter how silly it sounds! 4. Put any comments in brackets after the song name. This week I did pretty good. I met my calorie target, and got in 220 minutes of exercise. I completely switched pepsi for diet, and limited consumption for sodium lowering. I think I have already lost inches. I lost 2.8 lbs this week. I always want to see bigger numbers, but I know healthy weight [...] Last Week Tim got a hold of 4 great tickets at quite the steal, so Laura and Nate Joined us at The Mariners Game. We lost in the tenth, but it was a good time. Charlotte went straight from crawling and sitting up to standing up at any opportunity and trying to walk. I [...] I just realized, I am right now, 90 days away from being 30. For the first time since I was 21 I am at a real landmark you can feel birthday coming up. The kind that marks a change in your status in life. I really don’t might the getting older part. I think I [...] Yesterday started out awful. Bekah was sick in the morning (don’t worry nothing bad or contagious, mostly in her head). Diapers with Aiden and Charlotte were both awful repeatedly. It was hot hot hot. The Air conditioning is broken. Katie had a play date at the park. I needed to sign the girls up for [...] This. Is. Awesome. Polite rules of ettiquite for the overwhelmed! Call me frugal! Problem: Aiden has gone off schedule, at night. putting him down for bed, he wouldn’t stay in bed. He kept getting up and turning on the light and playing with toys. |
