So I took my old knitting bags by Lexie Barnes, and sold them on Ravelry. I took the cash from that and went wild at the Loopy Ewe and Etsy. I ordered a Namaste bag, and buddy, and needle case. The Product photos are below for their glorious insides. This Loopy Ewe order was my 6th, which means I am a Loopy Groupie! (YAY!) So they sent me 5 free goodies with my package, including some all things heather yarn, a romney calendar, chocolate kisses, a Sock pattern, and The gorgeous loopy tote (great for my fiber for my Black sheep trip with Laura). For one of my bags I got two skeins of Wollemeise. It is a highly coveted yarn online, about 45 a skein on ebay. The best thing, is that all these packages came on one day to my porch.
On the following mail day I got most of my etsy orders, and my final trade! I got a smaller project bag, a circular needle case, and a notions box. I scooped up a skein of good to be girl by Yarntini on the Ravelry destash board. I love shopping for free (sales of bags netted me enough to buy all this, plus pay for my summer sock club from Yarntini).
All I am waiting for is a Yarntini cashmere self striping, and Laura’s Twilight themed birthday gift.
I am sure you can see the blog has a new look. Thanks to my darling hubby and his patience, I did a lot of it. I have been uber tired lately. I have taken 2 naps today, and 2 yesterday. That’s my only symptom tho, as annoying as it is, hopefully its just mommy syndrome!
