IT’s A GIRL !!

This little one is a girl (the lab techs were 90% sure). So the name has thus far been determined to be Charlotte Darling Gilchrist. I have scanned the ultrasound image from today. Lovely that she sat still long enough, as this far all the ultrasound techs have claimed she is a very wiggly one. Katie is nearly as excited as I am. I think even Aiden knows whats going on. Whenever we go to the grocery store he takes the opportunity to pat my belly lots. He has even taken to calling my belly “bay”. I love the cute little interactions we have. He says “ap” and claps his hands. He plays peek a boo and see food well. He is a funny kid. I hope he continues to be as entertaining and mild mannered. Our little family is growing. And before anyone asks how many we are going to have, or any variation of that, I would like to say this - as many as I want. That could be 4, 5, 6, or who knows. I am lucky, while I still have much sorting left to do. I have to purchase very little. Katie is in the middle of a nasty virus. She had a hard night last night, I had to hold her all night, and she woke up often, until at 3:30 she finally conked until 6. I am taking this opportunity to take a nap while Katie and Aiden are both asleep.
