The weather got nice and warm in the last week. We took advantage of it and took the kids to the Beach, which is 7 minutes from our house. It was not warm enough water to swim in, but it was warm enough to splash around and play in the sand. They had a blast. A [...] We watched the episode of Jon and Kate Plus 8 a few weeks ago, where they went to the Crayola Factory with the kids. It looked like such fun that it might be worth the drive! So we let Katie think she was picking the place, and made a day trip this past Thursday during [...] Look what we have here! Weather over 50 degrees! Sweeties Ice Cream shoppe is open. The park is almost not muddy! So we took the kids for an outing this past weekend, to the park about a half mile down the road. Katie is a natural athlete, look at her go!
