Ok so somewhere in the madness that is the repainting, shuffling the kids rooms (AGAIN), starting my 100 day goal, and generally being too busy, I have manage to gain back 5 lbs. I have been walking on my treadmill for 20 mins every other day. Planning on stepping that up. Not really meeting my exercise goals there. And I have been bad about tracking my food in the last 2 weeks. So count it as water weight I don’t know, but I am holding myself accountable, and going to do better. Start drinking shakes again, drinking more water, and eating a better lunch (instead of crap, or nothing). I am especially motivated by wanting to be at at least 15lbs below where I am now when I get pregnant again. So thats me…how bout everyone else>?
