Family recap . . . Katie is still potty training. Some days are better than others. Many pairs of underwear have hit the can. (cause there are just some things I don’t wash) I really want her to just go by herself, but she isn’t 100% there yet. I still have to remind her to go. She is so easily distracted. Bekah is doing very well in school now. We are proud of her, that her grades are doing much better. Her handwriting has improved by great strides. Her math scores have gone up a great deal. Aiden is crawling everywhere. He is into everything. I can’t even feed him without him taking the jar and playing with it. We love watching him explore his surroundings.
Every day is so busy with knitting, business, and kids. I really am anxious for a vacation…sad thing is most my vacations aren’t really relaxing. Lets face it, vacations are just as much work, scheduling things to keep the kids busy, keeping track of everyone and everything. Ugh sometimes I want to rewind or fast forward so I can have a few hours of peace and quiet. Then I could go back to being the mom of 3 kids and be much saner. Refreshed and calm…wonder how long that would last!
I know…vacations just aren’t the same once you have a family. They are fun, but not relaxing, since its takes a lot of effort to get all the “stuff” together.
Hooray for Aiden! And hang in there with Katie, she’ll get it!!!
