Ok, so apparently a scale that works is much more helpful. I bought a new one, and instantly lost 5lbs. I veered away from the electronic scales, and went old fashioned. I have not lost any more inches, but its a lot more impressive than the 2 lbs I had lost over a period of 3 weeks. I have not done well over the weekend as we were out of town for 3 days, tho I walked miles at the zoo… (: Hows everyone else doing?
