Wellness day - saturday #2

Ok, new week, same story. Same weight, same measurements. Over all I did pretty well. Exercised every day. went over by about 150 calories 2 times. (darn home made icecream). But in total I felt good. My abs hurt, so maybe its working. I have been doing Pilates, walking, dance workouts, and generally trying to keep moving more. Calorie King is still great, and for the first time in  my life I am eating a decent amount of nutrients and having breakfast! They say its the most important meal of the day.
