Saturday is now wellness day

Ok, I am taking a cue from my friend Laura. She does her wellness check ins on Saturdays, and so in honor of that, I will do so as well. It was her after all that has inspired me to get off my duff and do something rather than resigning myself to the fate of being rediculously overweight till I am done having kids. That sounds so rediculous now. SO, I started off and weighed and measured. After a few days I hadn’t lost any pounds, but I refused to be discouraged and continued on with the plan. I weighed myself on monday and did measurements. After 6 days of following the Calorie King plan I have lost an inch in the thigh, hips, and waist. I have lost 2 pounds. This is Fabulous progress. I have had friends say, “why are you fat, you hardly eat a thing.” I always say, I have a sugar problem. But the real problem is the rollercoaster eating. So anyway, I love Calorie king and I am excited to see how far this takes me. Since I am nursing, there really aren’t a lot of options for me.
