Reality TV: Sorry for not updating my thoughts, but its been a busy week. All I have to say is; THANK GOSH! SANJAYA IS GONE!!! Blake was in the bottom 3 tho, and that upset me. He was definately one of the better singers Tuesday night! As for Dancing with the stars, I was so happy to see Apollo get 10′s across the board! Clyde is gone, which is fine with me.
I haven’t done any product recommendations in a while, and since I am in the middle of making some major changes, I thought I would cover those (:
I love the idea of this. Its Just a non pregnant belly band. I have a long torso and have a hard time with not only breastfeeding (back and belly coverage), but also the bending over/arms raised shirt issue. This makes you look layered without the additional heat involved. I found them at www.mom4life.com and they come in numerous colors for only $16 each. Which compared to similarly priced items is not bad. If yo can sew, go to the fabric store and get a heavy duty spandex stretch, and make your own. I mean really you could probably make 6 for the price of 2!
I have recently decided to switch to cloth diapers. My youngest has excema worse than my daughters do. So I have decided to remove uneccessary chemicals from skin contact. I have called the Diaper Service for tuesday delivery for both Katie (it makes potty training faster as well) and Aiden (did I mention its at least 25$ cheaper a month?). With this switch comes some fun things! Now days we don’t have to pin,
because diaper covers hold the prefold in place and this means velcro or snaps. I have basic white from www.bummis.com , but my sister-in-law Rachel turned me on to www.wigglewormbottoms.com , where I can customize my diaper cover by chosing the colors inside and out. Its fun! I ordered some for both Little A and Katie.
With crawling around the corner for my scooter boy, I also took the few recommendations of babylegs I have seen to heart and orderd some for little A. A onsie, and a little babylegs and he will be great for crawling around, or for keeping his little legs warm!
On a family note, both my kids went rollerskating at the Rink last night. They loved it! It was a bit of work, and I think if it wasn’t so late in the evening with little A being tired. But it was great fun really. We are contemplating adding skating lessons to their summer schedule of gymnastics and swimming.
Well thats all for now… Got to finish my sock (the heel flap is almost done!), so I can start finishing the scrapbooks and start on Katies birthday knit! – Peace OUT
